It's been one week into our new 21 day challenge. How is everyone doing?
Me? I have had some challenges, being out of town and all, but have been in bed on time when possible and I think it's helping. I have not been so good at maintaining my previous challenge of sitting down to eat. I am changing that, however, because I don't want to form good habits just to lose them!

I am doing horribly - in fact worse than before. I am rarely going to bed before midnight. I did it for two nights and both times it took forever to fall asleep. To be fair, we have been doing some major household chores that need to be done when kiddos are sleeping and my husband is out of town for a few days...
Anyway, tomorrow is a new day - er, night. I'm going to try something new tonight. I'll let you know how it goes.
Eating dinner with the family is still going wonderfully, though. :)

So far so good. I've managed to eat my last meal by 8:30pm (except for Tuesday...I don't get home until late).
On Saturday, we went out for ice cream and got home when I realized that the clock said 9:30. I panicked....did I eat after 8:30? I quickly went to check my receipt and the ice cream was paid for at 8:11, so I think I made the cut off. :) Although I shouldn't have been eating ice cream.
I think I've practiced memorization most mornings, but I've missed a couple.
I was going strong the first two days, even when I was really sick Thurs. But ever since the wedding I was thrown off and haven't so much as glanced at my bible or journal. *sigh*
Well, I'm another year older, and perhaps wiser, so it's a good time to get back up and start over!
